Role: Senior Full Stack Developer (Progression to Lead) Location: Chester - (4 days per week in the office) Are you a Senior Developer looking to step into a Lead role within the next 6-12 months? Do you enjoy working on complex AI projects while mentoring and guiding other developers? Opus has partnered with a company in Chester who are on the hunt for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join the existing 5-person development team, with a clear pathway into a Lead position. As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you'll be developing and maintaining current projects and internal systems used day-to-day across the business, while also beginning to take ownership of technical direction and supporting the growth of the team. They’re an exciting business with lots of established clients and a focus on AI. The work you do will be implemented on a daily basis and being made to make people safer. For part of this, they are actively modernising their tech stack, moving towards Laravel and Vue to build more scalable and maintainable systems. Previous experience mentoring developers or taking ownership of projects would be highly beneficial as you move towards a Lead role. In return, you will receive a salary of up to £65k plus benefits like bonus, pension, cycle2work, healthcare, regular company socials and more.
