Founding Software Engineer - AI Start Up
Salary: Up to £140k base + generous equity (depending on experience)
We are building voice agents that help trades businesses run smoother and scale faster. They solve tough problems in LLMs, speech‑to‑text, text‑to‑speech, and real‑time automation. They are looking for someone excited to build from the ground up.
As a Founding Engineer, you’ll work across the stack (Python, GCP, LLMs & more), own features end‑to‑end, and collaborate directly with customers to ship impactful solutions. This is a 5‑day onsite role with a world‑class team, deep technical challenges, and the chance to shape a product that’s changing real‑world businesses’ operations.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with customers to scope and deliver impactful solutions.
- Balance speed and scalability—know when to ship fast and when to invest in solid foundations.
- Champion best practices in testing, reliability, and security.
Qualifications
