You will drive the people side of change, ensuring successful adoption of new systems, processes, and ways of working across the organisation. Key Responsibilities Lead business change activities across transformation workstreams. Deliver stakeholder engagement and communications plans. Conduct change impact assessments and readiness reviews. Drive business adoption, training, and benefits realisation. Facilitate workshops with senior business and technology stakeholders. Manage change risks, issues, and dependencies.Essential Experience Prosci Certification (essential). Strong application of the ADKAR methodology. Proven experience delivering change within IT, digital, or enterprise transformation programmes. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
