Role Responsibilities:
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert across multiple ServiceNow domains, including ITSM processes, CMDB, ITOM, and ITAM, providing guidance and support to development teams.
- Collaborate with Product Teams, customers, and key stakeholders to identify business and functional solutions.
- Analyze incoming demand requests, translating high‑level requirements into actionable technical stories for the backlog.
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand‑ups, Show & Tell sessions, and Retrospectives.
- Contribute to the organization’s strategic objectives and foster a high‑performance team culture.
- Take ownership of defect analysis and resolution, working closely with developers and architects to ensure timely closure.
Skills & Experience:
- Extensive experience as a ServiceNow Business Analyst within a fast‑paced IT environment.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow products in one or more areas: ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping), or ITAM (Software Asset Management, Hardware Asset Management).
- Relevant ServiceNow certifications in these domains are highly desirable.
- Proven ability to translate complex, high‑level business requirements into detailed technical stories, engaging stakeholders at all levels.
- Hands‑on experience working within a Scaled Agile framework.
- Advanced analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal—and the ability to collaborate seamlessly with virtual teams across multiple locations.
