I have partnered with a HealthTech AI start up who are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join their small but senior team to design and deliver systems that are fast, reliable, observable, and secure.
What you’ll do:
- Architect and build backend systems powering intelligent agents
- Integrate with clinical systems and scheduling platforms
- Improve performance, reliability, and observability
- Contribute to reasoning flows, memory layers, and workflow design
- Collaborate with founders, product teams, and customers
What we’re looking for:
- 6+ years of software engineering experience
- Strong Python skills and end-to-end system ownership (FastAPI)
- Proficient with frontend (React.js)
- Experience with cloud infrastructure and IaC (AWS, deployments)
- Track record of shipping and operating production systems
- Comfortable with pace and high ownership
