We are seeking an experienced Digital Performance Analyst to support the delivery and continuous improvement of high-profile digital services.

Working within a multidisciplinary Agile team, you'll use data, analytics and performance insight to understand user behaviour, measure service effectiveness and identify opportunities to improve outcomes.

Key Responsibilities Define and implement performance measures aligned to user and business needs.

Develop and maintain performance frameworks, KPIs, dashboards and reporting.

Analyse digital journeys using analytics and other data sources to identify areas for improvement.

Combine front-end and back-end data to provide a complete view of service performance.

Deliver actionable insights that drive better user experiences and service outcomes.

Provide expertise on analytics implementation, data collection and performance measurement.

Present complex findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Collaborate with service teams and stakeholders to support major digital transformation initiatives.

Essential Skills Proven experience as a Digital Performance Analyst within large-scale digital programmes.

Strong experience developing KPIs, performance frameworks and dashboards.

Expertise in digital analytics and user journey analysis.

Experience combining multiple data sources to create meaningful performance insights.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.

Experience working within Agile multidisciplinary teams.

Ability to communicate complex analysis to a wide range of stakeholders.

Experience influencing service improvements through evidence-based recommendations.

Desirable Experience working within UK Government or public sector environments.
