Champion solution communication, making the complex simple to understand. Leading the delivery, technical and architecture design of Enterprise scale systems covering at least one of people, finance, commercial, estates Support delivery teams. Collaborate with engineering teams to create value-for-money solutions. Identify and implement architecture patterns. Resolve technical debt to reduce ongoing IT costs. Develop product roadmaps and represent designs at governance forums. Public cloud technologies and design patterns. Engaging and influencing senior stakeholders. Expert solutions architect. Working experience microservices, APIs and file-based transfers. Expert in creation of a consistent set of solution views
