Introduction
We are currently seeking an experienced PMO Manager to support a large-scale Digital Transformation programme for our client based in Exeter. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned PMO professional with strong stakeholder management capabilities and experience working within technology-driven environments. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving PMO governance, programme reporting, RAID management, and delivery coordination across multiple workstreams, working closely with senior stakeholders and technical teams including DevOps engineers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage PMO activities across ongoing digital transformation initiatives
- Oversee governance, reporting, planning, and programme controls
- Manage and maintain RAID logs, ensuring risks and issues are tracked and mitigated effectively
- Coordinate cross-functional delivery activities across technical and business teams
- Engage with senior stakeholders to provide clear programme visibility and status reporting
- Support resource planning, dependencies, and delivery timelines
- Ensure PMO best practices, standards, and processes are consistently applied
- Manage and mentor PMO team members where required
