Business Change Lead / Manager £520 per/day Inside IR35 | Hybrid 3 days per week in Exeter | 6 Months We're seeking an experienced Business Change Lead to support a major IT and business transformation programme.
You'll be responsible for driving adoption, business readiness, and stakeholder engagement across multiple workstreams.
Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end business change activities across technology and process transformation initiatives.
Conduct change impact assessments and define mitigation strategies.
Develop and deliver business readiness, communications, and engagement plans.
Manage stakeholder relationships up to Executive level.
Support organisational design, operating model, and process changes.
Drive user adoption and ensure successful transition into BAU.
Define and track change success measures and benefits realisation.
Facilitate workshops, training, and leadership engagement sessions.
Identify and manage change risks, issues, and dependencies.
Essential Experience Proven experience leading business change within large-scale IT and digital transformation programmes.
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
Experience working across multiple projects and workstreams.
Knowledge of change frameworks such as Prosci or APMG.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and engagement skills.
