What You’ll Be Doing- Architect and optimize SQL-based data solutions
- Troubleshoot performance issues (slow queries, deadlocks, spikes)
- Design schemas from business requirements
- Monitor live systems and respond to critical issues
- Support reporting and data fixes across the business
- Develop and maintain BI solutions (Power BI, semantic models)
- Enhance compliance workflows and manage data assets in Azure
- Strong SQL skills: query tuning, execution plans, lock management
- Experience in schema design and real-time performance troubleshooting
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Familiarity with Azure SQL, Data Lake, and storage
