Data Lead – £75,000 -£85,000 – Newcastle/Remote – (Azure stack) Are you a Data Lead who wants more strategic input? Or maybe you want to work with the latest tech such as Fabric. If so I have a role for you. I am supporting a leading fashion retailer who have been making waves in the industry for the last 15 years! They have recently gone through an acquisition and as part of the new direction want to become a data led company. As part of this, they are looking for a Lead Data Engineer to come on board with the vision to move into a “Head of” role in the next 18-24 months. Responsibilities – Growing a newly formed inhouse Data team Playing a key role in the strategic roadmap for Data Installing best practice and ways of working Reviewing data platform capabilities and presenting to stakeholders Working with 3rd party vendors for seamless integrations Skills needed – Experience leading data teams Working with a modern Azure stack including fabric If you have worked within a retail/fashion environment especially around Logistics and transactions this will help massively.
