p strong u The Role: /u /strong /p p This is an opportunity to play a key role in delivering digital transformation projects, helping clients achieve their objectives through successful technology adoption and business change. /p p Working within a technology consulting team, you will support the delivery of innovative business solutions powered by strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 /strong , the Power Platform, and Azure services. You will collaborate with both technical and client stakeholders to design, configure, and implement solutions that meet business requirements and drive measurable value. /p p You will also work closely with technology and design teams to support client projects, identify future challenges and opportunities, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. /p p br /p p strong u Experience and Skills: /u /strong /p ul li 6+ years experience working as a Functional Consultant/Solution Architect across multiple industry sectors. /li li Current professional certifications, preferably in strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 /strong and/or Power Platform (Power Automate) technologies. /li li Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels both internally and externally. /li li Strong commercial awareness and a commitment to delivering maximum value for clients. /li li Ability to inspire, motivate, and influence stakeholders, colleagues, and clients. /li li Strong workshop facilitation, business analysis, and stakeholder management skills. /li /ul p br /p p strong u Key Responsibilities: /u /strong /p ul li Lead requirements gathering activities through stakeholder engagement, business analysis, and functional discovery workshops. /li li Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications and solution recommendations. /li li Advise clients on process improvements and technology-enabled transformation opportunities based on industry best practices. /li li Act as the primary functional contact within your assigned workstream throughout the project lifecycle, including design, documentation, testing, training, and support. /li li Contribute to client technology strategies and roadmaps, identifying opportunities to maximise the value of Microsoft technologies. /li li Work closely with development teams to communicate solution requirements and support successful delivery. /li li Configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions to meet agreed business requirements. /li li Produce high-quality project documentation including user stories, acceptance criteria, workshop outputs, business process maps, and functional design documents. /li li Facilitate knowledge transfer activities and support client adoption of new solutions. /li li Deliver user training sessions and develop supporting training materials. /li /ul p br /p
