Strong understanding of customer psychology, behaviour, and decision-making processes. Experience translating customer insights into compelling messaging and creative direction. Skilled in improving conversion performance through strategic testing and optimisation. Excellent stakeholder collaboration across growth, UX, lifecycle, and creative teams. Commercially minded strategic thinker balancing behavioural insight with creative execution.
