We're looking for an experienced Studio / Operations Manager to join a growing creative team on an initial 6-month contract. This is an opportunity for someone who thrives on improving processes, challenging the status quo, and bringing structure and efficiency to a fast-paced creative environment.
This role goes beyond traditional traffic or studio management. We're seeking a commercially minded operational leader who can partner closely with creative leadership, review existing ways of working, and introduce smarter, more effective processes that enable teams to do their best work.
Working alongside the Creative Lead, you'll assess how the team currently operates, identify areas for improvement, and implement practical solutions that drive efficiency, productivity, and better creative output. You'll be the type of person who isn't afraid to ask questions, challenge assumptions, and introduce fresh perspectives. Whether that's reviewing resource allocation, improving workflows, reducing bottlenecks, or helping creative teams better utilise their time, you'll play a key role in shaping how the function operates.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys making an immediate impact and leaving organisations in a stronger position than when they arrived.
- Review and optimise existing creative and operational processes
- Identify efficiencies across workflows, resource management and project delivery
- Partner closely with the Creative Lead to improve team effectiveness and outputs
- Provide operational oversight across creative projects and deliverables
- Support workload planning, prioritisation and team capacity management
- Build scalable processes that enable the creative team to operate more efficiently
Proven experience as a Studio Manager, Operations Manager, Creative Operations Manager, Traffic Manager or similar role within a creative environment.
Strong understanding of creative team workflows and delivery processes.
Able to balance operational rigour with an appreciation for the creative process.
Brings fresh ideas, new perspectives and practical solutions.
