I'm on the lookout for an SC cleared ServiceNow Technical Architect to join my clients team, driving innovation and ensuring the ServiceNow platform is secure, scalable, and aligned with business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Define and govern ServiceNow architecture patterns, ensuring compliance with enterprise and government standards.
- Design & Delivery: Lead secure API frameworks, integrations, and data models (IRM-CSDM alignment, SPM expansion, HRSD complex case, zScaler transition).
- Technical Assurance: Present designs to governance forums, influence senior stakeholders, and ensure compliance with NCSC cloud and security principles.
- Mentorship: Coach engineers, embed best practices, and build capability across teams.
Role Requirements
- Certification: ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
- Expertise: Proven experience designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions across multi-cloud environments.
- Module Mastery: IRM, ITSM, HRSD, CSDM, SPM.
- Security & Integration: Strong background in secure API provisioning and integration frameworks.
- Communication: Exceptional influencing and presentation skills.
