I’m partnering with a well‑established, product‑led technology company that builds mission‑critical platforms used by large organisations operating in highly regulated markets across the UK, North America and South America. They’ve grown their Salesforce capability largely from within and are now looking to bring in a strong, experienced Salesforce Developer who’s seen a variety of orgs and approaches elsewhere, and can help raise technical standards, introduce best practices and mentor the wider team.

You’ll be working on a core, revenue‑generating Salesforce platform that supports enterprise clients in regulated industries, where reliability, data quality and performance genuinely matter. The platform has scaled significantly over the last few years, with more growth planned.
This role goes beyond writing Apex. You’ll contribute to solution design, architecture decisions and long‑term platform evolution, working closely with engineering and the wider business.
