Program Manager – Insurance Tech (Camberley)
Pay: Up to £75k
Opus Recruitment Solutions is partnering with an Enterprise‑Grade Insurance Technology business that delivers scalable, no‑code, AI‑enabled solutions to insurers.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end‑to‑end lifecycle of policy projects, coordinating design, build and deployment of software solutions.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring alignment across product, engineering, and regulatory teams.
- Work within regulated environments, leveraging experience from a software house or similar background.
Qualifications
- Mid‑Senior level experience in programme/project management with a track record of successful delivery.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and experience in regulated industries.
- Background in software development or technology implementation preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
• Competitive salary up to £75k.
• Hybrid working model – 2 to 3 days per week onsite in Surrey.
