This role is key to ensuring the business is fully prepared for change, with a strong focus on contact centre operations. Lead business readiness planning aligned to project milestones Identify impacts across billing and CRM processes Monitor risks and escalate readiness concerns Expertise in receiving tech into a business ideally a contact centre / customer service Proven experience in billing transformation Strong change management and stakeholder engagement skills
