  • Act as a trusted advisor on Microsoft Copilot and AI enablement initiatives.

Business Analysis & Use Case Development

  • Gather, analyse and document business requirements, workflows and use cases.
  • Translate business challenges into measurable AI opportunities.

  • Assess and prioritise opportunities based on business value and feasibility.
  • Develop business cases, recommendations and implementation roadmaps.

Copilot Adoption & Change Management

  • Support the rollout and adoption of Microsoft Copilot across the organisation.
  • Drive user engagement, training and change initiatives.
  • Deliver workshops, demonstrations and enablement sessions.
  • Create adoption materials, user guidance and communication plans.
  • Monitor adoption and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Collaboration & Governance

  • Act as the primary link between business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Work closely with Microsoft 365, AI and technology teams.
  • Support AI governance initiatives and best practices.
  • Promote responsible and secure AI adoption across the business.

Essential Experience

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Senior Business Analyst, Product Owner, Digital Workplace Consultant, or similar role.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
  • Experience facilitating workshops and discovery sessions.
  • Ability to gather, analyse and document business requirements.
  • Experience working on digital transformation, Microsoft 365, AI, or workplace technology programmes.
  • Strong communication skills with both business and technical audiences.
  • Experience driving technology adoption, user training, or change management initiatives.
  • Good understanding of Microsoft 365 and awareness of Microsoft Copilot capabilities.
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
  • Right to work in the UK.

Desirable Experience

  • Experience with Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365 and/or Copilot Studio.
  • Knowledge of AI governance frameworks such as ISO 42001 or NIST AI RMF.
