I have partnered with a Microsoft Gold Partner MSP that harnesses technology for the healthcare and education sectors. They’re looking for a Service Desk Team Lead to lead a team of 10 2nd line Engineers mixed between Bristol and Glasgow.
As a Team Lead, you will have a solid technical background and act as a point of escalation from the team and speak with third party customers. You will have a solid technical grounding ideally coming from a support role previously.
The types of projects you will be on include Azure migrations, server upgrades and work across the Microsoft Stack.
Salary is up to £65,000 with a bonus and they are hybrid with 3 days a week onsite. You will also get medical care options, EV schemes, bonus and more.
