Information Technology Architect in Birmingham

My client are in need of a contract ServiceNow Architect and 2 Developers/ Technical consultants. The roles are inside IR35 and will be working on a remote basis. The end client are in the Public sector, so any similar industry experience there would be beneficial.

Skills required:

– Strong knowledge of ITSM processes and frameworks

– Deep expertise in Change Management and CMDB modules

– Familiarity with CSDM, Service Mapping, and CI lifecycle management

– Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills

– ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS – ITSM, CMDB) highly desirable
