They're looking for an
Application Support & Functional Analyst to help support and enhance a business-critical application landscape spanning
Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, advanced warehousing, retail systems & Power Platform .
This opportunity would suit someone who enjoys combining hands-on application support with business analysis, working closely with stakeholders to improve processes, resolve complex issues, and deliver meaningful system enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing functional support across D365 F&O and integrated business applications.
- Managing incidents, service requests, and problem resolution activities.
- Working with stakeholders to understand requirements and identify process improvements.
- Configuring and optimising system functionality to meet business needs.
- Supporting upgrades, releases, testing, and deployment activities.
- Monitoring application performance, integrations, and overall system health.
- Creating functional specifications, user stories, and test plans.
- Delivering user training and supporting adoption of new features and processes.
- Collaborating with development teams, vendors, and external partners.
- Supporting integrations across ERP, ecommerce, and third-party platforms.
Key Skills
- Experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
- Strong functional knowledge across Finance, Supply Chain, Retail, or Operations.
- Experience with Shopify, Power Platform, or similar enterprise applications.
- Strong understanding of application support, incident management, and business processes.
- Experience supporting system integrations and data flows.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working with both operational support and project delivery activities.
