Start date – 7th August Tech stack: Quality Assurance / Testing across mix of React front-end and Node back-end on AWS stack. Must be WCAG2.2 AAA compliant (accessible). Mix of microservices, lambda functions, and (Kafka) events. Some ETL and interaction with RPA. Likely to use microsites and/or UI fragments. Responsibilities: Create and document Test Approach Estimate and size testing of components (e.g. story point) Apply testing methodologies and principles throughout the testing process Oversee JIRA use to track execution and feed updates into wider reports Undertake Test Planning, Preparation and Execution across developed components, including but not limited to UI, Microservice and Integration and User Acceptance Testing Raise defects in JIRA as required and re-test when required Operate as part of an Agile squad in a sprint methodology, alongside Business Analysts, DevOps and Software Engineers REQUIRED/NON-NEGOTIABLE: Git, AWS stack (e.g. SQS, SNS, Lambda), Microservices, testing experience across both React-based front-end and Node JS-based backend, Swagger NICE TO HAVE: PACT contract testing, public sector experience
