To help design, build and enhance the Zabbix monitoring platform.
Key responsibilities and requirements:
- Strong hands-on experience with Zabbix (design, build, optimisation).
- Ensure alerts are actionable and support efficient triage by the NOC.
- Work on Zabbix integrations with vendor platforms, APIs, and SNMP sources.
- Define and support SOPs for alert triage and escalation.
- Collaboration with NOC and engineering teams supporting a 24/7 operation.
- Scripting and automation capability (e.g. Python, Bash or similar).
- Exposure to service-aware monitoring or observability approaches (desirable).
- CCNA certification.
