Trainer/Systems Trainer/Training Facilitator – Billing System Rollout (Inside IR35)
Start Date: Mid-September

All training will be provided on the systems prior to starting. Good training experience is the main essential on this.
We\’re looking for multiple Trainers/Training Facilitators to support the rollout of a new billing and account management system across contact centre teams. This role will focus on delivering system training, ensuring users are confident and capable in using the new tools to support customer service operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver system training sessions for new and existing contact centre staff, focused on billing and account management functionality.
- Support onboarding of new starters with system usage guidance and act as a key contact during early learning phases.
- Collaborate with training specialists to update materials and deliver pilots or refreshers.
- Gather feedback and contribute to post-training assessments and evaluations.
- Promote best practices and escalate any issues or development needs identified during sessions.
- Ensure training aligns with operational requirements and quality standards.
- Experience in customer service and/or system training delivery.
- Confident facilitator with strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to adapt training to different learning styles and technical capabilities.
