Job Description

My high-end retailer  are looking for a Software Engineering Manager to lead the NAV team and play a pivotal role in the re-implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, while also supporting the Integrations team in building scalable middleware solutions.What You’ll DoInitial Focus

  • Lead the NAV to BC migration
  • Collaborate with Principal Software Architect on microservices and data flows in connection with ERP. 

Evolving Responsibilities

  • Act as a Technical Delivery Manager: guide the team, manage delivery, and communicate upgrade plans
  • Upskill the internal NAV team (currently C/AL only) in AL and BC
  • Provide strategic input on ERP architecture and middleware integration
  • Work closely with finance on cost routines and data flows

Key Requirements:

  • Strong experience with Business Central (BC) and NAV
  • Has led a legacy-to-BC migration
  • Hands-on AL coding experience (even if not coding daily)
  • Experience in cloud-based ERP integrations
  • Strong delivery and team management skills
  • Ability to mentor and upskill existing developers
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with architecture, DevOps, and finance

This role requires one day a week in London
