Job Title: Data Analyst
Responsibilities:
- Develop a process for periodically (possibly weekly but minimum monthly) gathering data from multiple sources (Clients) in different formats.
- Ensure GDS has accurate data on user counts, including those who have either left or joined and are in scope for the MOG.
- Aim for a streamlined process that allows for easy data access and visualization.
- Coordinate with 6-8 teams providing data in spreadsheets, minimizing the need for extensive follow-ups.
- Standardize data formats to prevent Excel formulas from breaking during data migration.
- Facilitate the transition from Google Sheets to Excel without data loss.
- Work towards a consistent format for data submission from organizations, potentially setting up a pipeline.
- Rewrite Excel formulas as necessary to accommodate the standardized data.
- Conduct requirements gathering to define the ‘definition of done’ for data usage and identify any missing data.
Note: This role does not include contingent data, growth of the organization, or specific team assignments.
