I'm looking for an experienced Salesforce Professional to join my client for a 12 month FTC with the possibility to extend further after that. They are looking for a Vlocity/Salesforce Industries expert who has worked as a Salesforce Development Lead in past roles. You will be joining a fast paced and exciting Salesforce Transformation and playing a key role in the project.

Responsibilities include:

  • Lead a team of Salesforce developers and administrators.
  • Oversee and manage the development of Energy & Utilities Cloud, including Apex, Lightning components, Visualforce, Omni scripts, Data Raptors, Integration procedures and integrations with third-party applications.
  • Oversee the implementation of Salesforce applications, following Salesforce's best practices, coding standards, and architecture guidelines.
  • Review code written by the development team, ensuring that it is well-structured, efficient, and follows best practices.
  • Monitor the Salesforce platform for performance optimization opportunities, ensuring smooth operation and a high-quality user experience.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of development processes, solutions, and best practices. Encourage knowledge sharing within the team and across departments.
  • Lead the troubleshooting of complex technical issues, provide advanced support to the team, and ensure timely resolution of technical challenges.

You must have a strong background in Vlocity and SFI and able to demonstrate where you have led a team in your previous roles. In terms of a salary they are looking to pay around the 80k mark, however this is negotiable. If you are interested then I would love to hear from you.
