We’re seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator for our client in the Logistics sector. The purpose of this role is to support in the handover of a successful implementation from an SI. This role is a 9-month contract, is determined as Outside IR35 paying between £300 - £400 per day and can be completed on a fully remote basis.
Key Requirements
- Manage user accounts, customise fields, page layouts, create and manage reports and dashboards, and automate processes with Process Builder and Flow.
- Proven ability to provide post-implementation support ensuring seamless operation and quick issue resolution.
- Experience in delivering effective training on Salesforce.
- Proficient in Salesforce Data Loader for data imports, exports, and maintaining data integrity.
- Excellent communication skills for working with cross-functional teams, using tools like JIRA or Slack for documentation and collaboration.
