Experience:
- Led and delivered at least three large-scale, successful projects.
- Crucial experience integrating applications into the Technology-1 ERP system, the council’s core system.
- Over 10 years of project management experience, particularly with larger projects.
- Experience implementing large-scale projects in the public sector.
- Proven ability to join and manage projects that are already well-established.
Skills and Qualifications:
- A project management qualification (e.g., PMP or equivalent).
- Theoretical and practical knowledge of project management techniques and tools.
- Proficiency in project management software tools.
- Expertise in strategic planning, risk management, and change management.
- Ability to manage project plans, track deliverables, ensure quality assurance, and handle risk tracking.
- Familiarity with Civica Cx and Total Mobile systems is advantageous but not mandatory.
Competencies:
- Client-facing and diplomatic, with strong stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience of local government.
