They have created an E-commerce platform that takes the hassle out of purchasing boilers, heating systems and EV charging, providing an easy to use interface where customers can deal directly with vendors – saving them time, money and stress!

As they continue to grow they are now seeking to hire a PPC Manager/Performance Marketing Manager to take the lead on scaling their performance on search and social

- Develop and manage end-to-end paid search and paid social campaigns across all platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, TikTok etc.
- Track and analyse campaign data to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, analytics, and creative, to align strategies and drive campaign effectiveness and channel efficiencies
- Partner with product, data, and creative teams to ensure that marketing strategies align with overall business goals
Profile
- 4 + years managing PPC campaigns at scale.
- Excellent knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads etc.
- Commercially astute and business-minded, having the company’s ROI as the key driver of success. Taking responsibility for allocation of spend
- A data-driven mindset with exceptional analytical skills and the ability to interpret large datasets effectively
- You will be part of a fast-paced team that values decisiveness and speed.
