I am looking for a talented UX Designer to support a major transformation programme, helping my client evolve how they present and communicate data. You must either have SC Clearance or be eligible. This role will focus on reimagining existing outputs – including infographics, slide decks, and BI dashboards – many of which were originally developed several years ago. You’ll bring a modern, user-centred design approach to enhance usability, clarity, and visual storytelling across a range of data products. Working closely with data engineers and analysts, you’ll play a key role in simplifying complex information and establishing a more consistent, engaging, and accessible user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and refresh legacy data visualisations and design outputs
- Improve usability and overall user experience across dashboards and reports
- Collaborate with technical teams to translate complex data into intuitive designs
- Drive consistency in design standards, layouts, and visual language

Key Skills & Experience
- Proven background in data visualisation and information design
- UX/UI design experience, ideally within data-heavy or BI environments
- Experience designing dashboards (Qlik Sense, Kibana, Power BI or similar)
- Proficiency in design and collaboration tools such as Figma, Lucid, or similar
- Ability to engage stakeholders and conduct light-touch user research
- Excellent eye for modern design, layout, and accessibility best practices
