We’re currently looking for a Power BI Developer with a strong focus on data visualisation to join a project within a UK government environment. You’ll be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality, user-friendly dashboards and reports, helping stakeholders make informed, data-driven decisions. This is a hybrid role working 2/3 days per week in the Newcastle or Manchester office. Active SC clearance or eligibility to obtain SC clearance is required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI
  • Translate business requirements into clear data visualisations
  • Work with stakeholders to understand reporting needs
  • Ensure best practices in visual design, usability and performance
  • Support data modelling and transformation where required
Key Skills & Experience
  • Strong experience with Power BI (essential)
  • Proven track record in data visualisation and dashboard design
  • Good understanding of DAX and Power Query
  • Experience working with stakeholders in a delivery environment
  • Exposure to data modelling / reporting best practices
Desirable
  • Previous experience working within UK Government / Public Sector
  • Familiarity with secure or regulated environments
  • Active SC clearance or eligibility to obtain SC clearance is required
