To create the best possible user experience for the consumers.

The Interaction Designer works closely with the Digital Delivery product development department and acts as an advocate for all users of the business’s product.

The Interaction Designer must be able to visually and verbally present product solutions necessary for the enhancement of users’ experience.

Create user journeys, iterate, do guerrilla testing which are good to haves.
