I'm working with a client currently in a critical phase of a Manhattan Active (MAWM) rollout, and they're looking to bring in 2x experienced consultants to support go-live, onboarding, and stabilisation activity. This is a great opportunity to join a live environment with significant ongoing demand, onboarding new customers and scaling operations over the next 3-6 months.
The Role
- System configuration and adjustments within Manhattan Active
- Go-live/hypercare support
- Customer onboarding into the WMS platform
- Incident management and ticket resolution
- Supporting integration activity alongside ops/EDI teams
- Working closely with Manhattan and internal stakeholders to optimise the system
What we're looking for
- Strong experience with Manhattan Active WMS (ESSENTIAL)
- Proven background in hands-on configuration
- Experience supporting go-live and hypercare environments
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-volume environments
- Able to pick up tickets, troubleshoot issues, and deliver quickly
- Ideally experience onboarding customers or supporting live warehouse operations
Location & Contract
- UK-based
- Hybrid - approx. 3 days onsite if possible
- Initial 3-month contract (strong likelihood of extension/longer-term opportunity)
