Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and support cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure across a range of customer engagements and industry sectors.
- Deliver across the full solution life cycle, including architecture, implementation, automation, optimisation, and operational enablement.
- Build and maintain modern DevOps capabilities, includinginfrastructure as code, CI/CD pipelines, anddeployment automation.
- Support and enhance container platforms, monitoring solutions, and cloud governance frameworks to improve reliability, visibility, and control.
- Contribute to the design and operation of hybrid cloud environments and support integration with Legacy technologies where required.
- Participate in solution design, delivery planning, and technical discussions, working closely with customers and internal teams to achieve successful outcomes.
- Apply strong consulting and engineering expertise to deliver high-quality solutions, support customer success, and contribute to continuous improvement across Azure, automation, platform engineering, and cloud security.
About the candidate:
- A minimum Bachelor's degree (2.1 or higher) is required in IT, Computer Science, or in a Technology-related field
- Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services, including compute, networking, storage, monitoring, and identity
- Practical knowledge of DevOps practices, including automated build and release pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions
- Strong understanding of infrastructure-as-code, ideally with Bicep, ARM templates, or Terraform
- Understanding of cloud governance, FinOps principles, landing zones, and security baselines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional customer-facing presence
- Demonstrable ability to work independently and within cross-functional delivery teams
