A leading UK organisation is embarking on a major MarTech transformation programme, building a best-in-class customer engagement ecosystem including CDP, CEP, CMP and CRO platforms, underpinned by a robust Customer 360 data foundation. We're looking for a Solution Architect to drive end-to-end design, vendor integration, and implementation readiness across this high-profile initiative.

What you'll be doing:

  • Define and own end-to-end MarTech architecture (CDP, CEP, CMP, CRO)
  • Design data flows, identity resolution, and customer journey orchestration
  • Enable real-time decisioning using event-driven architectures
  • Ensure alignment with Customer 360 and enterprise data strategy
  • Produce key artefacts (HLDs, integration designs, solution architecture docs)
  • Manage vendor integration and identify risks, dependencies, and trade-offs
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR and audit requirements

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience as a Solution Architect within MarTech environments
  • Strong experience across CDP, CEP, CMP and CRO / experimentation platforms
  • Deep understanding of:
    • Customer identity resolution & profile stitching
    • API-led and event-driven architecture
    • Real-time data / event streaming
  • Strong stakeholder management across business and technical teams

Nice to have:

  • Experience in hospitality, travel, or eCommerce
  • Exposure to Customer 360 programmes
  • Experience with vendor selection / RFP processes
  • Knowledge of Adobe ecosystem / migrations
