/n 10 Week Discovery with an option to go on for 2 years
/n Provided data architecture leadership for a large-scale public sector discovery, defining the data strategy, governance framework, and information architecture required to enable secure data sharing across multiple organisations.

- Validated data architecture assumptions through prototyping and user testing, translating findings into future-state architecture recommendations.

- Produced data strategy, governance, and architectural outputs to support progression into the next phase of delivery.

- Provided expert advice to senior stakeholders on data management, interoperability, and information governance.
