We’re looking for a senior Business Architect to own the business design and architecture outputs across a regulated product group. This will be 6 months initially, require 2 days per week onsite in London and has been deemed inside IR35.
Key responsibilities:
- Own business design for current and new initiatives within the product group
- Deliver core architecture artefacts (AIAs, ADPs, Target Operating Models)
- Lead business architecture/design workshops
- Use BizzDesign to maintain and evolve enterprise models
- Ensure designs meet regulatory, audit, explainability, and resilience requirements
- Take ownership of timely, high-quality business architecture delivery
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior and C-suite stakeholders
Key skills:
- Strong stakeholder and product engagement
- Proven business architecture / operating model experience
- Comfortable working in regulated environments (AML experience a plus)
