I\’ve partnered with a leading organisation in the mobility space, delivering cutting-edge digital solutions that directly improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
This is a hands-on engineering role at the heart of innovation, platform enablement, and DevEx. You\’ll work across multiple squads, collaborating with product, security, legal, and architecture teams to drive real impact, from AI-powered call centre tools to mobile apps supporting EV journey planning for customers.
Recent projects include:
- Building and scaling AI-backed NLP tools for customer service automation
- Delivering an internal mobile app for accessible journey planning
- Standardising AWS-native tooling and CI/CD pipelines across 15+ teams and 300+ services
- Migrating core infrastructure (Spring Boot 2 3, ActiveMQ Artemis) with zero downtime
- Slashing time-to-production from weeks to under an hour
