IT Support Engineer (3rd Line) | 6 Months | £300 - £400 | Outside IR35 | Hybrid Remote We’re recruiting for a 3rd Line IT Ops Integration Support Engineer for a 6-month contract to support with packages of work spanning 1st - 3rd line of the support spectrum. This role is determined as Outside IR35 and requires onsite work 1-2 times a week in Wiltshire. Key Requirements Work closely with Head of IT Operations, Service Delivery Manager and Infrastructure team to ensure success. Scope and deliver solutions by gathering inputs from internal teams, aligning with technical and budgetary constraints, and ensuring a smooth handover. Skills across the 1st-3rd line support spectrum to ensure efficient delivery - (Entra and Intune required) Highlighted Tasks Include Mailbox migration from Services businesses to IT Ops infrastructure, involving both Microsoft 365 and GSuite sources, varying levels of IT support available to the originating accounts. Information and document store migrations, including Microsoft tenant-to-tenant, GSuite to Microsoft, and third-party document stores to Microsoft Assist with the deployment of endpoints to users, including laptops and mobile devices. Decommissioning Services infrastructure, working with Compliance teams to identify stored data and determine required retention periods.
