My client are in need of a contract HR Consultant for 4-6 days per month for an initial 12 month period. There will be an initial drive focusing on gap analysis, employee file audit and clean-up and scope out onboarding process. There will be some need for on-site presence in the North West but the role can mostly be worked remotely. The role is outside IR35.
