The Opportunity This is a client-facing consultancy role where you'll take ownership of the full project life cycle, from discovery and solution design through to configuration, testing, deployment and continual improvement. Working closely with customers, project teams and internal specialists, you'll design and deliver scalable HaloITSM solutions that improve operational efficiency, reporting and user experience.
