- We are seeking an experienced
Data Engineering Manager to lead a high-performing data engineering function within a predominantly Microsoft technology environment.
This is a largely hands-off leadership role focused on team management, delivery oversight, and establishing best practices, while maintaining a strong understanding of modern data engineering technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of Data Engineers, providing coaching, guidance, and performance management.
- Drive the successful delivery of data and analytics projects from a technical and strategic perspective.
- Establish and continuously improve delivery processes, governance, and operational frameworks.
