Job Description
- Designing and refining predictive models to guide marketing spend and resource allocation
- Creating lead scoring systems with drift monitoring and retraining triggers
- Partnering with marketing and enrolment teams to run A/B tests and measure impact
- Building analytics-ready data marts in dbt/Snowflake with proper documentation and SLAs
- Developing dashboards in Tableau to track ROI, pipeline health, and market segmentation
- Maintaining pipelines from Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, GA, Facebook, and more
- Using reverse-ETL to ensure your models feed directly into workflows and campaigns
What We’re Looking For in a Data Scientist:
- 3+ years in data science or analytics, ideally with CRM exposure
- Strong SQL and Python skills
- Has worked with Snowflake, dbt, and cloud platforms (AWS preferred) – If not ability to learn quickly
- Familiarity with LTV modeling and marketing analytics
- Tableau or similar data viz tools
