I'm working with a leading retail end user undergoing a major D365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (F&SCM) transformation. They’re looking for a dynamic Business Analyst to support the operations, logistics, warehousing, and 3PL workstreams as they move through the build and implementation phases. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing team and make a real impact on a business-critical programme.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Gather and define requirements across supply chain, logistics, and warehousing functions
- Support the D365 F&SCM implementation through the build phase and into post-go-live
- Identify and resolve functional gaps as they emerge during delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance and manufacturing
- Contribute to wider business transformation projects beyond ERP
What I’m Looking For:
- Proven experience as a BA on D365 F&SCM or similar ERP platforms
- Strong understanding of retail supply chain, logistics, and 3PL operations
- Ability to work in a hybrid model (3 days on-site in London)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities
