I am working with an end-user of D365 who is looking for an experienced F&O solutions architect to support with their Commerce modules. This is an outside IR35, 12-month contract role with a likely extension. The ideal candidate will be responsible for aligning technology with business strategy to support digital transformation. They will support the end-user by designing and delivering the D365 F&O solutions with particular focus on the Commerce modules.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the end-to-end design of D365 F&O solutions focusing on the core retail/commerce modules.
- Engage with senior stakeholders to translate the business needs into functional and technical requirements.
- Provide technical leadership throughout the project: from discovery through to roll-out.
- Worked on at least 3 end-to-end implementations of D365 F&O, particularly focusing on the Commerce module.
- Strong understanding of D365 F&O Commerce modules including but not limited to digital commerce, B2B and B2C e-commerce, store management & AI product recommendation.
- Experience in large-scale ERP implementations, ideally with global, multi-country rollouts.
- Excellent stakeholder management & communication skills.
