About the role:
We have partnered with a business that specialise in delivering powerful business software solutions as a trusted partner of Microsoft Dynamics 365. Their mission is to streamline operations for businesses around the world, providing exceptional service and expertise. They are seeking a talented Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team and help us elevate their client solutions to new heights.
Role Overview:
As a Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant you will play a crucial role in implementing, customising, and optimising Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions. Your expertise will help their clients transform their customer relationship management capabilities, enhancing their business processes and driving growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consult with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into Dynamics 365 CE solutions.
- Customise and implement Dynamics 365 CE applications to align with client requirements.
- Provide expert advice on best practices for leveraging Dynamics 365 CE features.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment.
- Conduct user training and support to maximise the adoption and effectiveness of solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during and after implementation.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant or in a similar role (At least 3 years’ experience).
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement including exposure to modules such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Insights & Field Service.
- Ability to gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Experience in customising and configuring Dynamics 365 CE solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
