Location: Remote The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Change Manager to lead business and operational change activities within a large-scale transformation programme.

This is a hands-on delivery role where you will take ownership of developing and implementing practical change solutions in a complex and evolving environment.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading business transformation, operational change, organisational redesign, or merger-related programmes, ideally within the Public Sector or similarly complex organisations.

This role requires someone who can work with ambiguity, engage stakeholders across multiple workstreams, and drive delivery rather than simply coordinate activity.

Key Responsibilities Lead the development and delivery of business-focused change management strategies and plans.

Assess operational impacts and ensure business readiness across affected teams.

Work closely with programme leads, operational stakeholders, HR, communications, and senior leadership to drive successful adoption of change.

Develop and implement stakeholder engagement, communication, and change intervention plans.
