Role: Senior Power Platform Functional Consultant
Type: Contract (Inside IR35)
Location: Manchester (Hybrid)

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Power Platform Functional Consultant to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale Microsoft Power Platform solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, shape solution designs, and drive digital transformation through low-code technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder engagement.
- Gather and translate business requirements into functional solutions.
- Design solutions across Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power Pages, Copilot Studio, and Power BI.
- Produce user stories, process maps, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
- Support Agile delivery teams throughout development and UAT.
- Advise on governance, security, licensing, and Power Platform best practices.
- Mentor consultants and developers while promoting adoption and continuous improvement.
Essential Skills
- Strong experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI, Power Pages, and Copilot Studio.
- Experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale Power Platform solutions.
- Strong business analysis and stakeholder management skills.
- Dataverse data modelling, security, and governance experience.
- API integrations, custom connectors, and enterprise system integrations.
- Knowledge of Power Platform CoE, Managed Environments, DLP policies, and ALM.
- Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
Desirable
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications (PL-200, PL-600).
- Public sector or large-scale transformation programme experience.
